Git/GitHub + AWS ECS Environment Setup Expert Needed

We are looking for an experienced Git/GitHub and AWS ECS deployment workflow expert to help us properly set up and manage separate development, staging, and production environments. Our application is already running on AWS with ECS, and we need someone who can review our current repository and deployment structure, then recommend and implement a safe Git branching and CI/CD workflow. The goal is to make sure developers can work safely without accidentally affecting staging or production. What we need help with: Review current GitHub/Bitbucket repository structure. Set up or improve Git branching strategy: development staging production Configure proper pull request flow between branches. Add branch protection rules. Add required status checks before merging. Make sure staging deploys only from the staging branch. Make sure production deploys only from the production branch. Review GitHub Actions or CI/CD workflow. Confirm AWS ECS deployment process is safe. Document the final workflow clearly for our team. Required experience: Strong experience with Git and GitHub workflows Branch protection and pull request strategy GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools AWS ECS / ECR deployment experience Dev / staging / production environment setup Safe release management and rollback strategy Ability to document clearly Nice to have: Experience with Django/Python backend deployments Experience with Flutter/web/mobile deployment workflows Experience with AWS ALB, ECS task definitions, and environment variables Experience cleaning up messy Git workflows safely
