AI & Automation Expert

We're building the growth and operations engine for a project in the online trading/fintech space. Our two north-star goals are simple: traffic (organic first, plus other acquisition channels) and sales. The way we get there is not simple — and that's where you come in. We operate on two non-negotiable principles: AI-First — if a task can be done better or faster with an LLM in the loop, it should be. Automation-First — if a workflow runs more than once, it should run itself. We're looking for someone who can own this thinking end-to-end and translate it into working systems, not just advice. What you'll do Design and build automation workflows (n8n or equivalent) connecting our stack: CRM, payments, messaging, and data sources. Architect and implement AI agents and pipelines using the Anthropic (Claude) API — content generation, enrichment, classification, internal tooling, and customer-facing flows. Build and optimize inside GoHighLevel: funnels, pipelines, automations, forms, email/SMS sequences, and integrations via webhooks/API. Stand up an organic acquisition engine — programmatic SEO, content pipelines, and modern discovery channels (GEO/AEO for AI-driven search). Instrument everything so we can measure what drives traffic and what drives sales, and iterate fast. You should be strong in Anthropic Claude API (prompt design, tool use, structured outputs, chaining agents). Automation platforms — n8n strongly preferred (Make/Zapier acceptable). GoHighLevel — real hands-on experience, not surface-level. REST APIs, webhooks, and gluing services together (basic scripting: JS/Python). SEO fundamentals and, ideally, programmatic/AI-search (GEO/AEO) approaches. Nice to have Experience in trading
