Automation & AI Engineer for Workflow Architecture Review & Automation Consultation

We are looking for an experienced Automation & AI Engineer to review our planned automation workflow and provide expert guidance on the best technical approach. This is a small paid milestone designed to evaluate technical expertise and architectural thinking. A successful engagement may lead to a larger project to build the complete automation system. For this initial milestone, you will: Review our proposed automation workflow connecting Make or n8n with an AI voice agent. Identify potential issues, bottlenecks, or opportunities to improve reliability and scalability. Recommend the most suitable tools, architecture, and integration approach based on our goals. Explain your recommendations clearly and provide practical implementation guidance. Requirements: Proven experience with Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms. Experience designing AI-powered workflows and system integrations. Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation architecture. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and provide actionable recommendations.
