Full-Stack Developer (React + Node.js + AWS) – 2-4 Years Experience

About the Role: We are seeking talented Full-Stack Developers to build and scale modern web applications using a clean, performant tech stack. You will work on end-to-end features, from responsive user interfaces to robust backend services and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain responsive front-end applications using React (and Next.js where applicable). - Build scalable backend services with Node.js (Express/NestJS preferred). - Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.). - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices (TypeScript strongly preferred). - Collaborate effectively in a remote, agile environment with strong English communication. - Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement. Requirements: - 2–4 years of professional full-stack development experience. - Strong proficiency in React (hooks, state management, component architecture). - Solid experience with Node.js and REST/GraphQL APIs. - Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native development. - Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) – you will interact directly with the team and stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to quality. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote setup. Nice-to-Haves (Big Plus): - TypeScript, Next.js, TailwindCSS or modern styling solutions. - Experience with serverless architecture, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, etc.), Docker. - Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization.
