MS Fabric / Azure data engineer

Dear developer, I am looking for somebody who can help me with the following; We have multiple pipelines/notebooks running in ms Fabric. What we mainly do is extracting data from different sources through API. This works very well. But now we are facing a problem for 1 of the new API's which we need to integrate. This API requires us to provide a Static IP address, which we don't have. Fabric has a routating IP. The goal is not to set our entire environment to a Static IP but what we aim to do is setup some sort of VNET + NAT + AZURE FUNCTION. So, we can pretend that we have a static IP. But what we are doing is calling the azure function which can communicate to the API with the right IP Address. All business logic should stay in our notebook. Instead of calling API directly we should adjust it so we call the Azure function. I am looking for somebody who has experience with this and can help me out. Very important; should be delivered today!
