Python + InstagramAPI Project

We are looking for an experienced python developer familiar with Instagram API and Meta's TOS. The core of the project is automated sending of messages via instagram API but we will be looking to develop the entire supporting process alongside the code itself. This includes the SOP for creating and warming up fresh accounts to replace old ones as well as a part time position in maintaining the system and keeping it in accordance with Meta's changing TOS. We already have a base snippet of code produced by a junior coder. Please take a look and see if this is something you could work with or build from.
