React Developer Needed for Dashboard UI Revamp (Ongoing Work Available)

We're looking for a skilled React developer to help revamp the frontend of our internal analytics dashboard. The current UI is functional but outdated, and we need someone who can modernize it, improve performance, and implement a cleaner component architecture. Responsibilities: Rebuild key dashboard views using React (function components + hooks) Integrate with existing REST APIs (Node/Express backend) Implement responsive layouts using Tailwind CSS Optimize rendering performance (memoization, lazy loading, code splitting) Write clean, reusable, well-documented components Collaborate with our backend developer and designer via Slack/Trello Requirements: 2+ years of professional experience with React Strong understanding of hooks, context API, and state management (Redux/Zustand a plus) Experience with TypeScript preferred Familiarity with REST API integration and async data handling Experience with Git/GitHub workflows Good communication skills and ability to work async across time zones Nice to Have: Experience with charting libraries (Recharts, Chart.js, or D3) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Prior experience with SaaS dashboard products
