Hi, I'm the founder of Sympatha, a subscription-based therapist directory that helps clients find therapists based on therapeutic approach, specialties, and personality fit through a matching quiz. Therapists create accounts, manage their own profiles, pay a monthly subscription through Stripe, and have access to a members-only resource library. The platform is currently built using **Webflow, Memberstack, Airtable, Make, and Stripe** and has just over 100 therapist members. It's live and functioning, but my current developer has recently recommended rebuilding the platform on a more traditional stack because he believes the current architecture will become increasingly difficult to maintain as the platform grows. Before making a decision, I'm speaking with experienced SaaS developers to get an honest assessment. I'm looking for someone who can evaluate the current platform, understand my long-term vision, and tell me what they would recommend if this were their own business. If it turns out a rebuild is the right path, I'd also love to learn how you would approach it, what stack you'd recommend, and what a phased migration would look like while keeping the current platform live.
