Senior AI Agent & Salesforce Developer

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced AI Agent & Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-powered automation solutions across sales, operations, customer support, and business workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building production-grade AI agents, integrating large language models (LLMs), implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and developing Salesforce integrations that improve operational efficiency and drive business growth. This is a highly technical role requiring expertise in modern AI frameworks, LLM orchestration, Salesforce development, API integrations, and enterprise workflow automation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for sales, operations, customer support, and internal business processes. Build autonomous and semi-autonomous AI workflows using multi-agent frameworks. Develop and maintain integrations between AI systems and Salesforce. Create AI-powered CRM automation, lead qualification, customer engagement, forecasting, and workflow optimization solutions. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems utilizing structured and unstructured business data. Fine-tune, optimize, and deploy open-source and commercial LLMs. Design prompt engineering frameworks and agent orchestration systems. Integrate voice AI, conversational AI, and real-time communication tools. Develop secure APIs and backend services supporting AI-driven applications. Collaborate with leadership to identify automation opportunities and AI use cases across the organization. Required Qualifications AI & LLM Development 5+ years of software development experience. 3+ years of hands-on AI/LLM development experience. Experience building and deploying production AI agents. Strong understanding of agentic workflows and multi-agent architectures.
