AI Voice Agent Developer Needed for ElevenLabs + Twilio Voice API Integration

We are looking for an experienced AI Voice Agent developer to build a voice-based AI calling system for our existing Next.js application. Our current setup already includes phone number, data management and basic backend structure. We need someone who can build and integrate an AI voice agent that can automatically call customers, explain our service, collect customer information if they are interested, and send qualified leads to our sales team for demo scheduling and closing. Project Requirements: The developer will be responsible for building an AI voice agent that can: • Integrate with ElevenLabs voice model for realistic AI voice conversations • Integrate with Twilio Voice API to make outbound calls to customers • Call customers from our existing phone number database • Explain our service clearly during the call • Detect whether the customer is interested • Collect customer details such as name, email, phone number, company name, and preferred demo time • Send interested customer information to the sales team • Store call duration in the database • Store call recordings in the database or cloud storage • Maintain a complete call history for all completed calls • Track call status such as completed, failed, unanswered, interested, not interested, etc. • Work with our existing Next.js application and database structure Existing Setup: We already have: • A Next.js application • Phone number data management • Basic system/database setup for customer records You will be responsible for developing the AI voice calling functionality and connecting it properly with our existing system. Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone with experience in: • Twilio Voice API • ElevenLabs API • AI voice agents • Next.js • Node.js / API routes • Webhooks • Database integration • Call recording and call history management • CRM or lead management workflows • OpenAI or similar conversational AI integrations Experience building outbound AI calling systems is highly preferred.
