AI Voice Agent Developer (Vapi / Retell / LLM Integration)

We’re looking for an experienced AI Voice Agent Developer to help us build and improve intelligent voice-based systems. This role focuses on creating natural, real-time conversational agents that can handle tasks like customer support, call automation, and lead qualification. You should have hands-on experience with platforms like Vapi or Retell and a strong understanding of how to integrate large language models into voice workflows. Responsibilities: Develop and deploy AI voice agents using Vapi, Retell, or similar platforms Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, GPT, Claude) for dynamic conversations Implement speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems Design and optimize conversation flows and prompts Integrate with APIs, CRMs, and backend systems Improve latency, call quality, and overall performance Preferred Skills: Experience with Twilio, WebRTC, SIP, or telephony systems Familiarity with Whisper, ElevenLabs, PlayHT, or similar tools Strong background in Node.js or Python Experience with LangChain, RAG, or conversational AI frameworks
