AI Engineer

This is a full time role. I am also not looking for an agency. Please start your response with I am looking for a full time role and I am solo contributor. This is a hands on engineering role supporting client work. Lead end-to-end design and build of LLM applications, agentic workflows, and data pipelines across concurrent client engagements Architect production systems on GCP (preferred) or AWS/Azure as required by the client environment Drive technical scoping and SOW input alongside engagement leads; translate ambiguous client needs into delivery plans with realistic timelines Review code, designs, and client deliverables; mentor consultants and engineers Partner with the India-based delivery team on parallel workstreams Contribute to firm IP — reusable accelerators, reference architectures, eval frameworks Required Experience 7–10 years of hands-on engineering with strong Python proficiency Production experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs and modern agent / RAG patterns, including evals Proficiency with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and at least one major cloud (GCP, AWS, or Azure) Big 4 or top-tier consulting background (Deloitte, Accenture, EY, KPMG, PwC, or equivalent) Demonstrated ability to ship in client environments — IP boundaries, security reviews, change control Direct client-facing experience at the VP or C-suite level
