Full stack data / AI Agent engineer

We build business automations and AI agentic systems with one job: make our clients more money or save them time. Every engagement is measured against those two outcomes. If a system doesn't move one of those numbers, it doesn't ship. We work across business processes — finding where time leaks out or revenue gets left on the table, then automating it away. We're looking for a developer who can take an agentic system from idea to production and stand behind it in the real world. What you'll do Design, build, and ship production-grade AI agentic systems — RAG pipelines, chatbots, and voice agents that real users and real businesses depend on. Own the data layer behind those systems: model, build, and maintain the data warehouses that feed retrieval, context, and reporting. Map client business processes to automation opportunities and translate them into systems that demonstrably make or save money. Take responsibility for delivery end to end — architecture, build, deployment, and the iteration that comes after launch. Must-haves A proven track record of delivering production AI agentic systems — not demos or prototypes. Specifically experience across RAG systems, chatbots, and voice agents. Strong data warehousing experience. This is a hard requirement — data modeling, pipelines, and warehouse design that can support agentic and analytical workloads. Comfort owning ambiguous problems and shipping reliable systems independently. Nice-to-haves Full-stack background — the ability to build the interfaces and services around your agents, not just the agents themselves. Experience integrating automations across third-party business tools and APIs.
