Technical Integrations Specialist (SaaS Platform) About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Technical Integrations Specialist to support our growing tech team. This role focuses on managing, troubleshooting, testing, documenting, and maintaining third-party integrations that connect our applications with external services. This is not a full-stack development position. Instead, we're looking for someone who enjoys working with APIs, integrations, technical documentation, and vendor platforms while collaborating closely with our development team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our platform integrations, ensuring they remain functional, compliant, and up to date as third-party providers introduce changes. Responsibilities Configure, test, and maintain third-party integrations. Troubleshoot API connectivity and authentication issues. Read and interpret technical documentation from integration providers. Coordinate with developers to implement required integration updates. Monitor platform changes from vendors and identify required updates. Test integrations after releases or configuration changes. Verify webhooks, API requests, and data synchronization. Configure and troubleshoot email authentication and delivery. Document integration processes, issues, resolutions, and best practices. Maintain technical documentation for internal teams. Escalate software bugs and provide detailed reproduction steps. Perform quality assurance testing for new integrations and platform updates. Example Responsibilities If a provider such as Twilio introduces new requirements, you would: Review the updated technical documentation. Determine how the changes impact our platform. Coordinate implementation with our developers. Update configuration requirements (such as A2P registrations). Test SMS functionality and message delivery. Verify webhooks and integration workflows. Document the changes for internal reference. Provide a summary of completed work and any recommendations.
