Content automation engineer for ai creator economy product

we’re hiring a content automation engineer to help us build ai-assisted systems for generating, organizing, and iterating content across an ai creator economy product. this is not a generic content writing or social media role. we need someone who can build repeatable workflows that turn creator briefs, offers, product moments, and funnel needs into scalable content and creative assets. you should be part automation builder, part ai workflow operator, part content systems thinker. what you’ll do you will help build automated and semi-automated workflows for: creator landing page copy ad copy variants static creative prompts video prompt/storyboard generation affiliate/media buyer collateral creator-specific promo packs onsite conversion modules paywall and upsell copy image-generation prompts voice-note promotion copy asset naming and tagging creative/content test tracking weekly content batch production the goal is to help us produce more high-quality content faster, with better organization and clearer performance feedback. example workflows you may build systems that: turn one creator brief into 20 landing page headline variants generate ad copy by creator, hook, channel, and funnel stage create structured prompts for ai image/video tools populate content into airtable, notion, sheets, or a cms organize assets by creator, campaign, source, and status connect performance data back to content variants create reusable templates for recurring content production automate handoffs between content, design, growth, and product what we’re looking for you should be strong at: workflow automation ai-assisted content generation prompt engineering api integrations structured content systems airtable / google sheets / notion workflows zapier, make, n8n, or similar tools basic scripting with python or javascript organizing large volumes of content and assets building simple dashboards or trackers you do not need to be a senior software engineer, but you should be technical enough to build reliable workflows without needing constant hand-holding. useful tools experience with any of these is helpful: python javascript openai api claude zapier make.com n8n airtable google sheets notion webflow framer figma midjourney runway kling stable diffusion flux comfyui google drive cms tools you do not need to know every tool. we care most about whether you can build practical, reliable automation systems that save time and increase output. ideal background strong candidates may have experience in: ai workflow automation content automation marketing automation growth operations creator economy consumer apps affiliate marketing landing page production performance marketing operations content systems prompt engineering no-code / low-code automation what this role is not this is not: social media management generic copywriting community management brand strategy only pure software engineering virtual assistant work manual data entry content calendar management we need someone who can build systems, not just complete tasks manually. first paid test project we will start with a paid test project. you will create a small content automation workflow for one ai creator funnel. deliverables: workflow that takes a creator brief and generates structured content variants 10 landing page headline/subheadline variants 10 ad copy variants 5 image or video prompt templates 5 onsite upsell copy variants asset naming/tagging structure simple tracker in airtable, google sheets, or notion short explanation of how the workflow works and how it can scale if the test goes well, this can become an ongoing weekly role. how to apply please include: examples of automation workflows you have built tools you used examples of ai-assisted content systems you have created whether you can work with python, javascript, apis, zapier, make, n8n, airtable, or google sheets how you would turn one creator brief into many structured content variants your weekly availability your hourly rate or fixed project rate for the paid test applications without relevant examples will not be reviewed.
