Tilda to Next.js SEO Website Migration

We are a Miami-based luxury interior design studio looking for a web developer to migrate our current website from Tilda to a custom-coded, SEO-ready website. Current website: https://timroom.com The goal is not just to copy the existing website. We want a clean, fast, well-organized codebase that preserves the current luxury design feel and can support future SEO growth. The website should be structured so that new SEO pages, service pages, location pages, FAQ pages, and project/case study pages can be added later with the help of an AI coding assistant. Preferred stack: - Next.js / React - GitHub - Vercel - Markdown, MDX, JSON, or another simple structured content system for future SEO pages Scope of work: - Rebuild the current Tilda website into a custom-coded site - Preserve or improve the current visual style and luxury brand feel - Set up clean reusable components and page templates - Create a structure for service pages, location SEO pages, project/case study pages, and FAQ sections - Add basic technical SEO: clean URLs, metadata, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, Open Graph tags, canonical URLs, and basic schema markup if possible - Set up 301 redirects from old URLs if needed - Deploy the website to Vercel or another reliable hosting platform - Provide simple documentation explaining how to add new SEO pages later - Organize the codebase so an AI coding assistant can safely edit copy, metadata, FAQs, and add new pages in the future Important requirement: We do not want another page-builder website. We want clean custom code with a structure that can be expanded over time.
