Build a YouTube Trend Discovery PWA

We’re looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a private, mobile-first Progressive Web App (PWA) that will leverage YouTube API. The purpose of the app is to help us research new YouTube Shorts that are rapidly gaining traction based on user personal interests. Core Features * Google/YouTube OAuth authentication * Connect to the YouTube Data API * Search for newly published YouTube Shorts using keywords and monitored channels * Refresh video metrics (views, comments, likes) automatically every hour * Calculate and rank videos by a custom trend score (recency + growth velocity + engagement) * Mobile-first dashboard optimized for iPhone * Save, dismiss, and mark videos as reacted * AI-powered analysis of each video, including topic extraction, why it’s trending, and suggested reaction ideas * Ability to automatically learn user interests over time from the user’s real YouTube watch history every 24hrs and from that generate new search topics the user can search for further videos on that same topic via our app. This is a private personal-use application, not a SaaS product that will be sold commercially yet.
