OpenAI Realtime Voice Chatbot Developer for Online Course

I need a freelancer to build a voice-first AI coach using ChatGPT/OpenAI that can be embedded into my GoHighLevel course lessons. The goal is for learners to speak with the AI at the end of each module, get spoken responses back, and have the experience feel smooth, fast, and scalable for 100+ users at a time. My main priorities are lower cost than ElevenLabs, strong latency/concurrency performance, and a setup that can be embedded cleanly into GoHighLevel with custom code. The freelancer should be able to set up the voice interaction, connect the AI to my course content, create clear guardrails so it stays on-topic, and deliver a working embedded widget for my lessons. I am not looking for a generic chatbot builder or funnel expert. I need someone who understands OpenAI/ChatGPT voice or realtime integrations, web embedding, and how to make an AI assistant work reliably inside a course environment.
