Senior Frontend Engineer – Financial Infrastructure

- About the Project We're building the $LAKE Crypto Card, a fintech platform designed to bridge digital assets with everyday payments. Our mission is to create a modern, secure, and intuitive user experience for managing digital assets, payments, transaction history, and financial activities. The project is currently in the MVP stage, and we're looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to help refine the user experience and prepare the platform for production. - What You'll Be Working On As a Frontend Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with product designers and backend engineers to build a fast, scalable, and responsive web application. You'll help improve the existing MVP while implementing new features and ensuring a high-quality user experience. Key areas include: - Authentication and user onboarding - Dashboard and analytics - Wallet and account management - Transaction history and activity - Payment workflows - Responsive UI components - API integration - Performance optimization Responsibilities - Develop and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. - Build reusable and maintainable UI components. - Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs. - Collaborate with backend engineers to implement new features. - Improve application performance and responsiveness. - Optimize the application for desktop and mobile devices. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. - Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. - Help improve the overall user experience of the platform. Required Qualifications - 4+ years of experience with React. - Strong experience with Next.js. - Strong knowledge of TypeScript. - Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). - Experience integrating REST APIs. - Experience with responsive and mobile-first design. - Experience using Git in collaborative environments. - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with any of the following is a plus: - Tailwind CSS - React Query or TanStack Query - Zustand or Redux - Framer Motion - WebSockets - Docker - Fintech or payment applications - Digital wallet or transaction-based products - Web3 libraries such as Ethers.js or Wagmi
