Text Message Discrepancy Repair

On my back end messaging portal, I sent out 900 messages. Twilio is reporting that i sent out more than 4000 messages. I need this fixed. If you need access to any accounts, those will be allowed only thru an anydesk connection on my pc... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: HTML, JavaScript, PHP)
