Build Private AI Auction Analysis Tool for Used Car Dealership

I am looking for an experienced AI automation / full-stack developer to build a private internal auction analysis tool for my used car dealership in Alberta, Canada. This is not a public website. It will be a private business tool used only internally. The goal is to create a system that can receive auction vehicle information, analyze it, and send me only the best vehicle opportunities with recommended bid ranges. First version / MVP: * Upload or forward auction PDFs, CSV files, screenshots, or emails * Extract vehicle information automatically * Read VIN, year, make, model, trim, mileage, location, declarations, damage notes, condition report details, current bid, buy-now price, and auction end time * Detect risk flags such as TMU, mileage discrepancy, salvage/rebuilt title, prior rental, out-of-province, engine/transmission issues, structural damage, high mileage, and other red flags * Integrate Canadian Black Book API if available for VIN decoding, wholesale value, trade-in value, retail value, and vehicle specifications * Compare vehicles with Alberta retail market listings if technically possible * Score each vehicle as Green / Yellow / Red * Calculate recommended bid range, retail-exit max bid, wholesale-exit max bid, proxy bid, and hard max bid * Send alerts by email, SMS, Telegram, or another recommended method * Save results in a simple private dashboard Important: I do not want automatic bidding in the first version. The tool should only analyze, recommend, and notify. I will make the final bidding decision manually. I have my own private dealer logic and auction analysis prompt. I will not fully share it. I can provide a simplified version of the rules and the desired output format, but the full logic should remain private and secure.
