Position Overview We are hiring experienced Senior Software Engineers with a minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with U.S.-based clients during U.S. business hours. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in technical discussions with clients. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications. • Build enterprise-level web, mobile, desktop, and cloud-based applications. • Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-documented code. • Participate in software architecture and technical design discussions. • Troubleshoot complex software issues and implement effective solutions. • Perform code reviews and ensure coding best practices are followed. • Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA engineers, and development teams. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and client meetings. • Communicate technical updates, project progress, and delivery timelines with U.S.-based clients. • Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining high-quality standards. • Continuously learn and adopt modern technologies, frameworks, and development practices. Required Technical Skills Candidates should have strong experience in one or more of the following technologies: • React.js • Java • C# • TypeScript • JavaScript • Golang • Flutter • Python • Mobile Application Development • Desktop Application Development • .NET • Node.js • REST APIs • SQL & NoSQL Databases • Git & Version Control • Docker • Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Experience with other modern software development technologies is also highly preferred. Working Hours Candidates must be available during U.S. business hours. Working Schedule • U.S. Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Brazil Time: Approximately 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (BRT), depending on daylight saving time. Applicants should also be available to attend meetings whenever required. Depending on the client engagement, engineers may work as part of a dedicated delivery team under the company's project management structure. Developers are expected to maintain strict confidentiality regarding client projects, internal processes, and proprietary information. All client communications, project assignments, and reporting must follow company policies and approved communication channels. Where applicable, client-facing responsibilities, meeting attendance, and project coordination will be assigned by the company. Team members are expected to represent the company professionally and comply with all client contractual requirements and applicable laws.
