Senior WordPress Designer/Developer Needed

Immediate need for a senior WordPress designer/developer with strong front-end development skills to implement design and functionality changes on an existing website. The ideal candidate will have experience in WordPress and PHP, and be able to work independently to deliver high-quality results quickly. This is a short-term project with a focus on front-end development. The attached document was what what given at the beginning of the project and a good deal of work has been completed. It is attached to give you an idea of the beginning and the end although you'll be starting in the middle.
