Full-Stack Developer

HIRING TWO FULL-STACK DEVELOPERS Ongoing Software & Product Development ──────────────────────────────────────── Xyplix is hiring two full-stack developers to join our growing development team. We build custom websites, web applications, internal business systems, automation tools, and software products. The work will vary depending on current client projects and the products we are developing internally, so we are looking for developers who are comfortable working across different types of projects. This is an ongoing, part-time contract opportunity with the potential for increased responsibility and additional hours based on performance. ──────────────────────────────────────── RESPONSIBILITIES ──────────────────────────────────────── • Build and improve websites, web applications, and software products • Develop both frontend and backend functionality • Create responsive and professional user interfaces • Design and integrate APIs, databases, authentication systems, and third-party services • Help develop internal tools, business systems, and automation solutions • Troubleshoot bugs and improve existing functionality • Review requirements and help determine the best technical approach • Write clean, organized, secure, and maintainable code • Use GitHub, branches, pull requests, and code reviews • Provide regular progress updates and communicate blockers promptly • Participate in scheduled team meetings and development discussions ──────────────────────────────────────── PREFERRED EXPERIENCE ──────────────────────────────────────── • React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks • Node.js, .NET, or comparable backend technologies • PostgreSQL or other relational databases • REST APIs, third-party integrations, and robust authentication and authorization systems, including OAuth and OpenID Connect (OIDC) • Git and GitHub • Cloud hosting and production deployments ──────────────────────────────────────── PREFERRED ──────────────────────────────────────── • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud • Knowledge of cloud deployments, hosting, networking, storage, and access management • Microsoft Entra ID or other identity and access management systems • Mobile application development • Cybersecurity and secure development practices • Knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and secure software development practices • DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing • Experience developing and maintaining software products • Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) certification or equivalent Agile/Scrum experience • AWS Certified Developer certification • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification ──────────────────────────────────────── WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ──────────────────────────────────────── We need developers who are active, dependable, and consistently engaged with the team. You must be able to attend scheduled meetings, communicate regularly, provide meaningful progress updates, and complete work within reasonable agreed-upon timelines.
