Full-Stack Mobile + AWS Developer — Secure Healthcare App MVP

We are looking for a full-stack mobile/backend developer to help complete and harden a secure healthcare mobile app MVP. The app is built for healthcare field representatives who need secure mobile workflows for managing documents, profile information, status visibility, and access-related functionality while working in the field. This is not a UI-only role. We need someone who can work across mobile app functionality, backend APIs, AWS services, secure authentication, document handling, audit logging, and deployment readiness. Primary technologies / experience we are looking for: - Mobile app development, preferably iOS or cross-platform mobile - Backend API development (Python) - AWS cloud services - Amazon Bedrock - AWS-backed secure document storage - PostgreSQL or relational data modeling - JWT and refresh-token session management - WebAuthn / FIDO2 / passkeys - Biometric authentication, such as Face ID - Device trust and session validation - Cryptographic challenge-response flows - Secure mobile access-pass or digital pass workflows - Rotating QR or time-bound token presentation flows - Audit logging and security event tracking - Secure file upload, storage, preview, retrieval, and deletion - Logging, monitoring, deployment, and operational readiness What we need help with: - Reviewing an existing partially built app and backend - Completing user stories and acceptance criteria - Building or updating mobile app workflows - Building or updating backend APIs - Supporting AWS deployment and infrastructure readiness - Implementing secure document workflows - Supporting Amazon Bedrock-related processing workflows - Strengthening authentication, session, and device-security logic - Implementing audit logging and security event tracking - Identifying launch risks and technical gaps Ideal candidate: The ideal candidate is a senior full-stack developer who has worked on secure mobile applications and can move comfortably between frontend, backend, AWS, authentication, document storage, and security-sensitive workflows. Experience with healthcare, compliance, sensitive data, or secure mobile identity workflows is a strong plus Please include examples of relevant projects, especially anything involving mobile apps, AWS, secure document workflows, authentication/session management, or security-sensitive healthcare applications.
