I need a Python developer to build extraction and rule-checking modules against a spec I provide. Ingest DXF (via ezdxf) and PDF (via pdfplumber), pull structured data, run it through a YAML rule set, output a report. Rules and test fixtures are already defined. This is deterministic work only. No ML, no OCR guessing, no computer vision. Must have proven ezdxf and pdfplumber experience with real work to show. Strong Python, src-layout, tested, pip-installable.
