We run two e-commerce stores (WooCommerce + Shopify). We need a self-hosted AI chat that converts, not just answers. Full scope: Deploy Chatwoot self-hosted on our low-cost VPS (Docker), live on both sites Connect Anthropic Claude API as first-line AI agent (knowledge base provided) Behavioral triggers: scroll %, inactivity, exit-intent, page-aware auto-open Unified inbox — one operator, both sites, one screen Real-time cart visibility (AI + operator) Lead-scoring → auto-escalation to operator (Telegram/email) Bidirectional Klaviyo integration: read existing contact, push new contact — never ask for email/phone the customer already gave Pre-built callback trigger for a phone closer (CallPage/webhook), to activate later SMS (Twilio) for async cart follow-up + TCPA consent checkbox UTM + event tracking (chat opened, escalation, payment confirmed) Compliance guardrails: locked KB, no medical/dosage output Deliverable: working system on both sites + short config doc.
