We're Hiring: QA Engineer (Test Engineering & Automation) We're looking for a developer-minded QA Engineer to join our team. You'll build automated test suites, validate complex AI-native software, and own the testing infrastructure that keeps our releases reliable. If you enjoy writing code to catch bugs, architecting test frameworks, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with developers as a fellow engineer, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Write code to test code — build and maintain automated test suites (API, UI, integration, and end-to-end) using modern testing frameworks. Architect and maintain testing infrastructure — CI/CD test pipelines, test environments, and reproducible testing workflows. Collaborate as an engineering peer — participate in code reviews, review PRs for testability, and embed quality into the development process from the start. Identify, reproduce, and root-cause bugs — use logs, debugging tools, and code inspection to isolate issues at the code level. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA documentation — keeping them versioned, organized, and living alongside the codebase. Drive regression and release validation — own the automated regression suite and gating criteria for releases. Improve QA tooling and developer experience — build internal tools, utilities, or scripts that make testing faster and easier for the whole team. Requirements Programming proficiency — comfortable writing code in at least one language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or similar) and reading production code. Experience building automated tests — hands-on with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Jest, Pytest, or similar frameworks. Solid understanding of software architecture — APIs, databases, asynchronous systems, and how components interact in a modern stack. Strong debugging and analytical skills — you investigate failures by reading logs, tracing requests, and inspecting code, not just clicking through UI. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version-controlled workflows. Strong documentation habits — you write clear, actionable bug reports and keep test documentation current. Ability to work independently and async in a remote environment. Nice to Have Experience testing AI-native or LLM-based products — understanding how to validate probabilistic outputs, model behavior, and AI feature boundaries. Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications. Experience with performance, load, or security testing. Contributions to developer tooling, test frameworks, or DevOps automation. Location: Remote (Preferred) If you believe quality is built through engineering, not just checked at the end — and you want to help ship reliable AI-native software with robust test coverage — send over your resume and a brief introduction.
