Senior Backend Developer (Django, AWS, Python)

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our team and build backend systems with a strong focus on AI agent development and production-grade automation. You will design and implement scalable services in Python and Django, integrate LLM workflows, develop AI-driven business processes, and work across cloud infrastructure and data pipelines. This role is hands-on and requires ownership from architecture through deployment and monitoring. Our stack includes Django, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS (EC2, RDS, Route 53, IAM, Lambda, ECS), Docker, Linux, Nginx, REST APIs, WebSockets, CI/CD, and analytics-oriented data flows. Experience building AI agents, prompt orchestration, tool calling, document processing, structured outputs, retrieval systems, and deploying LLM-powered applications is highly valued. Bonus points for experience with DevOps practices, Superset, Databricks, vector databases, and high-volume backend systems. We value practical engineering, fast iteration, and strong product thinking.
