Converting Lovable.dev to WordPress Website

We are migrating a website currently built on Lovable.dev to a fully functional, editable WordPress installation. The site is bilingual (English and Arabic with full RTL support). We are splitting this into two contracted phases on Upwork. Phase 1 is a paid trial that also delivers real value. Phase 2 is awarded only to the freelancer who nails Phase 1. Phase 1: Urgent (48 Hour Delivery) Scope Convert 2 pages from the existing Lovable.dev site into WordPress Pixel accurate match to the Lovable source (desktop and mobile) Full bilingual setup: English + Arabic with proper RTL rendering Editable in WordPress (no hardcoded text, no iframes, no screenshots) Translation framework configured and ready to scale (WPML or Polylang Pro, your recommendation with reasoning) Clean, semantic code. No bloated page builder dependencies unless agreed Hosting environment setup or deployment to our existing hosting (we will provide access) Basic on page SEO carried over (meta titles, descriptions, alt text, schema if present) Deliverables in 48 hours 2 fully functional WordPress pages (EN + AR versions = effectively 4 page builds) Theme or child theme foundation that Phase 2 can scale on Short Loom walkthrough showing how to edit content in the WP admin Brief written recommendation for Phase 2 architecture (theme approach, plugins, translation method, performance plan) Budget: Fixed price, please quote in your proposal.
