Full-Stack Developer / Agency for Transport Management System (Web & Mobile)

Overview: We are looking for an experienced developer or development agency to build the Al Nur Transport Management System (ANTMS). Currently, our daily transport operations are managed manually via WhatsApp and spreadsheets. We need a centralized, digital platform to manage bookings, dispatch drivers, track vehicles, and monitor finances. What You Will Build: Admin Portal (Web Dashboard): A responsive, desktop-first web application for our dispatchers and management to oversee the entire operation. Driver App (Mobile): A mobile-first application (Android & iOS) for our drivers to receive trips, navigate, log expenses, and submit local bookings. Technology Stack: Open to your recommendations. You decide the best framework, database, and backend to use (e.g., Flutter, React Native, Node.js, Python, Firebase, AWS, etc.). Please outline your proposed tech stack in your proposal and explain why it is the best fit for this project. Key Features Required: Role-Based Access Control: Super Admin, Admin, and Driver permissions. Booking & Dispatch: Comprehensive booking forms, driver assignment, and real-time status updates (Pending, En Route, Picked Up, Completed). Fleet Management: Vehicle tracking, maintenance logs, and expiry reminders (Insurance, Istimara). Financials: Expense logging (fuel, tolls), driver earnings, agent commissions, and profit/loss reporting. Localization: Must fully support English and Arabic (RTL/LTR). UI/UX: Clean, modern, and dark-mode supported. The driver app must be optimized for minimal taps while on the road.
