Fix GPT Custom GPT Action that's not calling the DataForSEO API

I built a custom GPT in ChatGPT (GPT Builder) that's supposed to pull SEO data from DataForSEO through a connected Action, but it's not working. When I test it in chat, it just tells me it can't run the API call, and nothing ever actually reaches DataForSEO's servers. My API credentials are correct, so this isn't an auth problem in the usual sense, it seems to be something with how the GPT is set up or how the Action is being triggered. I've already gone through this with a couple of freelancers and gotten a lot of guesses that didn't hold up once I checked them, so I'm looking for someone who actually knows how ChatGPT Actions and OpenAPI schemas work in practice, not just in theory.
