WNBA In-Play (Live) Player Box Score Data Pull

I am looking for someone to create a Python script that I can run on my machine that pulls WNBA in-play (live) player box score data (*player*-level field goals made, field goal attempts, 3-pointers made, 3-pointers attempted, free throw attempts, free throws made, offensive rebounds, defensive rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, turnovers, fouls, and +/- if possible). I would also like names of players currently on the court if possible. I would also need some help finding an API service that offers the above for less than $50/month with latency of less than 15-20 seconds, if possible. If you have experience with this type of a project, please let me know!
