Amazon Connect to Microsoft Fabric Bronze Layer Integration

We need an experienced cloud integration specialist to design and implement a data pipeline connecting Amazon Connect to a Microsoft Fabric Bronze Layer (Lakehouse architecture). The goal is a fully documented, reproducible solution that our team can deploy first in a test environment and then roll out to a customer's production environment. Requirements: - Proven hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and its data/event outputs (CTRs, contact events, etc.) - Strong knowledge of specific AWS services used in Connect integrations (e.g., Kinesis Data Streams, S3, Lambda, EventBridge — please detail your approach in your application) - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse architecture and Bronze layer ingestion - Ability to design and build end-to-end data ingestion pipelines - Experience writing clear technical documentation for non-expert audiences - Ability to produce screen-recorded video walkthroughs of configurations and setup steps Deliverables: - A fully functional Amazon Connect to Microsoft Fabric Bronze Layer integration pipeline, built and tested - Step-by-step written documentation covering every configuration and decision point - Screen-recorded video walkthroughs enabling the client to independently recreate the solution in their own environment and then in a customer's production environment - Support during the customer production rollout phase Work Arrangement: This is an hourly engagement. Estimated delivery is 7–10 working days for the full scope including tested pipelines, documentation, and video walkthroughs.
