Generative AI engineer

Generative AI Engineer (Intermediate) Location: Remote Experience: 2-5 Years Job Summary We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building AI applications, integrating APIs, optimizing prompts, and deploying scalable AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models. Design and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases. Create, test, and optimize prompts for accuracy, performance, and user experience. Integrate AI models with web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems. Fine-tune and evaluate AI models based on business requirements. Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to translate requirements into AI solutions. Monitor model performance, security, and scalability in production environments. Required Skills Strong proficiency in Python. Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar. Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS). Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI, or Flask. Understanding of Machine Learning and NLP concepts. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Preferred Skills Experience with fine-tuning open-source LLMs. Knowledge of AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, and AI evaluation frameworks. Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD practices. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
