2xCisco C3900 switcges OS Upgrade & QoS Setup

I need my Cisco C3900 brought up to the latest, stable IOS release and then tuned for quality of service. I have not yet downloaded the images, so the first step will be helping me identify the correct firmware bundle, securing it from Cisco, and staging it on my TFTP/SCP server...
