Embed Logo in HTML Simulator

I have a working Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) simulator built entirely in a single HTML file, but the brand element is still missing. My PNG logo is sitting on my local computer and I need it placed neatly in the header so every time the page loads the simulator carries my branding...
