Description:
We have an existing PHP B2B marketplace (EgyptMart) with REST APIs.
We need an experienced Make.com developer to build modular automation scenarios integrated with our platform.
Scope:
Build and test the following workflows:
1. *Product Processing*
- Receive product data.
- Improve product content with AI.
- Process images.
- Save Draft Product via API.
2. *Social Publishing*
- Publish approved products to Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp through Meta APIs.
- Update publishing status in the database.
3. *WhatsApp Automation*
- Scheduled newsletters.
- Scheduled notifications.
- Supplier reminders.
4. *RFQ Automation*
- Send RFQs to suppliers.
- Track replies.
- Automatic reminders.
- Save quotations.

5. *AI Buyer Qualification*
- Qualify buyers using AI chat.
- Extract structured RFQ data.
- Save qualified requests.
6. *Offer Delivery*
- Send supplier quotations.
- Generate Magic Links.
- Track acceptance or rejection.
- Send reminders.
- Update offer status.
### Notes :
The developer will work only on the Make.com automation layer.
### Responsibilities
* Design the complete Make.com architecture for all workflows.
* Build and test all Make.com scenarios.
* Configure Webhooks, Routers, Schedulers, Filters and Error Handlers.
* Integrate existing REST APIs using HTTP modules.
* Integrate OpenAI API where required.
* Integrate Meta APIs using the credentials provided after approval.
* Deliver clean, modular and reusable scenarios.
* Deliver an importable Make Blueprint (.json) file for each scenario.
* Deliver a simple technical document explaining each scenario and required variables.
### Out of Scope
This project does **NOT** include:
* Developing new PHP APIs.
* Modifying the EgyptMart database structure.
* Modifying the EgyptMart admin panel.
* Meta Business Verification or App Review.
* UI/UX development.
* Server administration.
The EgyptMart platform and its REST APIs already exist. The developer's responsibility is only to connect and automate them through Make.com.
