Hi I’m looking for a long-term developer, not just someone to build a one-time scraper. I’m building a lead generation system for my restaurant POS and payment processing business. The goal is to automatically identify new restaurant openings across the U.S. from public records and push qualified leads into my CRM (likely GoHighLevel or HubSpot) through an API. The system should: * Run automatically every day. * Monitor public sources such as building permits, health permits, liquor license applications, and DBA filings. * Identify restaurant-related businesses only. * Remove duplicate records. * Enrich the lead with business phone, email, website, and owner information where possible. * Score each lead based on the quality of the data. * Automatically send qualified leads into my CRM. I do not want a simple scraper that only works on one website. I want a scalable system where additional states and data sources can easily be added over time. Before we discuss pricing, could you please answer these questions? 1. How would you architect this system? 2. Which public data sources would you use first? 3. Would you use APIs, scraping, or both? 4. Have you built anything similar? 5. What challenges do you see with collecting this data nationwide? 6. What would you recommend doing differently? 7. What would you build first as a proof of concept?
