Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to review my project.
I am looking for a professional and experienced WordPress/WooCommerce developer who enjoys building high-quality websites and values long-term collaboration.
This project is very important to me. My goal is not simply to create another WooCommerce store, but to build a modern, fast, secure and scalable e-commerce platform that will represent my company for many years.
Because of that, I believe the project should be built with careful planning, clear communication and attention to detail—not rushed or treated as a quick job.
Quality is far more important to me than speed.
I am not looking for a solution where dozens of plugins are installed without consideration or where AI does most of the work automatically. AI can certainly be used as a tool for research, debugging and improving productivity, but I expect the website to be professionally designed, developed, reviewed and tested by an experienced developer. I value clean architecture, maintainable code and thoughtful implementation over shortcuts.
Whenever possible, I prefer lightweight, well-written solutions instead of adding unnecessary plugins. Every plugin should have a clear purpose and should only be installed after discussion and approval.
The website should be secure, responsive, SEO-friendly, optimized for performance and easy to maintain in the future.
I already own the domain, hosting, WordPress installation and all related accounts, and I expect to retain full ownership and administrator access throughout the entire project.
To keep the project organized and transparent, I would like to divide it into approximately four milestones. Each milestone will contain clearly defined deliverables, and payment will only be released after the work has been completed, reviewed and approved.
My initial idea is:
Milestone 1 – Planning & Design
• Review the existing website
• Discuss the project requirements
• Finalize the design direction
• Create a development plan
Milestone 2 – Core Development
• Build the agreed functionality
• WooCommerce configuration
• Product structure
• Supplier integrations
• Main website development
Milestone 3 – Optimization & Testing
• Performance optimization
• SEO improvements
• Bug fixing
• Security enhancements
• Cross-device and browser testing
Milestone 4 – Final Delivery
• Final review
• Documentation
• Migration to the live website
• Final adjustments
• Project completion
This approach allows both of us to monitor progress, discuss improvements and ensure that every stage meets the expected quality before moving on to the next.
If we decide to work together, I will ask you to review and sign a Software Development Agreement before the project begins. The agreement will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the selection process.
I have attached a detailed Project Scope describing the website, its requirements and the overall project objectives, along with a design reference image illustrating the style and user experience we are aiming for.
Please take your time to review them. If you have any questions, suggestions or recommendations, I would be happy to discuss them. I appreciate developers who share their experience and contribute ideas that improve the final result.
I am not looking for the cheapest developer—I am looking for the right developer. Professionalism, quality, communication and reliability are much more important to me than simply choosing the lowest hourly rate.
If you believe you are the right person for this project, I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully building a successful long-term collaboration together.
