WordPress Developer — Build & Integrate New Homepage Design The Hospitality Company (event & hospitality staffing, London & UK) is looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a newly designed homepage into our existing WordPress website. The project We have a finished, fully designed homepage (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) with a written developer brief and a step-by-step WordPress integration guide. We need it rebuilt natively into our current WordPress site — not dropped in — so it works with our existing setup, forms and SEO. What's involved: Rebuild the supplied design as a custom full-width page template in our theme (child theme), and set it as the homepage. Move markup, styles and JavaScript across (audience toggle, an interactive quote calculator, testimonial carousels) and enqueue assets correctly. Upload images and policy/Terms pages and repoint all paths. Wire up two forms: a staff registration that links to our AXLR8 application form, and a quote-enquiry form that must reliably email our office (via a forms plugin + SMTP). Preserve the SEO already built into the design (title/meta, canonical, Open Graph, Schema.org structured data), integrated through our SEO plugin, plus og-image and sitemap. Test on staging, then deploy with no disruption to the live site. You'll need: Proven WordPress theme/template development (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience integrating custom designs into existing WordPress sites (child themes, enqueuing, templates). Familiarity with forms + deliverability (Gravity/Fluent/WPForms, WP Mail SMTP) and SEO plugins (Yoast/Rank Math). Attention to responsive detail and page speed; ability to work on a staging environment. Nice to have: Experience embedding/linking third-party application forms (e.g. AXLR8). Basic understanding of Schema.org / structured data. Details: Scope: one-off web development project.
