Fix LangChain Chat Memory Issue – Conversation Context Disappears in FastAPI

Hi, Ihave an AI chatbot built with Python, FastAPI, LangChain, OpenAI, and Redis. The chatbot responds correctly to individual questions, but it doesn't remember previous messages. Each new request is treated as a new conversation, even though conversation history should persist. For example: User: My name is Alex. Bot: Nice to meet you, Alex. User: What's my name? Bot: I don't know your name. I need someone to investigate the existing implementation, identify the root cause, and fix the conversation memory so the chatbot maintains context across multiple messages.
