Senior Mobile App Developer (iOS/React Native) – AI Sports Training App Rate: $25/hour Hours: 40 hours/week (Full-Time) Start: Immediate About Us We are a rapidly growing sports technology company building a leading AI-powered training platform for basketball, with expansion into soccer and boxing. We're looking for a Senior Mobile App Developer who can take full ownership of our mobile application, not just write code, but improve architecture, solve complex technical challenges, build new features, and help shape the future of the product. This is a hands-on role for an experienced developer who enjoys building scalable, high-quality consumer applications and can independently make technical decisions while collaborating closely with product and design teams. What You'll Do Take ownership of our existing mobile application and drive continuous improvement. Build, optimize, and maintain high-quality iOS/React Native applications. Resolve existing bugs, stability issues, and performance bottlenecks. Design and implement scalable new features. Integrate AI-powered functionality for sports analysis and coaching. Improve user experience, retention, and overall product quality. Optimize app performance, reliability, and responsiveness. Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Participate in technical planning, architecture decisions, and code reviews. Key Projects App Structure & Navigation Improve application architecture and navigation. Implement category-based sports navigation. Organize training content by skill levels. Improve profile and account management experience. AI Features Build and optimize AI-powered player analysis features. Implement advanced motion/form analysis capabilities. Develop intelligent coaching features. Improve overall AI performance and reliability. Performance & Stability Resolve video playback and buffering issues. Improve application speed and responsiveness. Fix existing bugs across the application. Perform continuous QA and optimization. Growth & User Experience Improve App Store presence and discoverability. Implement native review prompts using platform best practices. Improve user feedback collection. Optimize onboarding and authentication flows. Enhance engagement and retention features. Requirements Proven experience building and maintaining production mobile applications. Strong React Native and/or native iOS development experience. Experience integrating AI/ML into consumer applications. Strong understanding of mobile architecture and scalable application design. Experience with API integrations and backend communication. Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills. Experience publishing and maintaining App Store applications.
