Telegram Bot / Userbot Developer for Real-Time Chat Parsing

We are looking for an experienced Python developer to build a Telegram bot (or Userbot) designed to monitor, parse, and extract specific data from target Telegram groups and channels in real-time. Project Overview: Our goal is to automate data collection from several Telegram chats. The bot needs to continuously "listen" to specific groups/channels, filter incoming messages based on predefined criteria (keywords, regex patterns), extract the relevant information, and send it to our [Database / Google Sheets / Private Telegram Channel]. Key Features & Requirements: Real-time Monitoring: Connect to predefined Telegram chats (public and private) and read incoming messages instantly. (Note: If the bot cannot be added as an admin to these groups, a Userbot using Telethon or Pyrogram will be required). Keyword Filtering: Scan messages for specific keywords, hashtags, or patterns. Data Extraction: Extract specific elements from the messages (e.g., text, links, usernames, phone numbers, or media). Data Export/Storage: Forward the filtered messages to a specific private chat OR log the parsed data into a [Google Sheet / CSV file / PostgreSQL database]. Anti-Spam & Delay Handling: Ensure the script runs smoothly without hitting Telegram API rate limits (FloodWait errors). Technical Requirements: Proven experience with Telegram API (Bot API, MTProto). Strong knowledge of Python and libraries like Telethon, Pyrogram, or aiogram. Experience with data parsing and regular expressions (Regex). Ability to deploy the bot on a cloud server (AWS, DigitalOcean, or Heroku) and keep it running 24/7. Clean, well-documented code. Deliverables: Fully functional script/bot deployed on our server. Complete source code with clear comments. A brief text or video instruction on how to add new target chats, change keywords, and restart the bot.
