AI Customer Intelligence & Agentic Workflow Engineer

We're looking for an experienced AI engineer to build an internal customer intelligence platform that turns scattered business data into actionable insights. ## What You'll Build The system should: - Ingest data from CRMs, emails, notes, product usage, and other sources - Create dynamic customer intelligence profiles - Detect expansion opportunities and churn risks - Generate account summaries and next-best actions - Provide supporting evidence and confidence scores ## Ideal Experience - LLM and agentic AI workflows - AI automation and data pipelines - CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) - RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering - Backend APIs and cloud architecture - Internal AI tools or business copilots Bonus: RevOps, customer success platforms, SaaS analytics, or account intelligence systems. ## Deliverables - AI system architecture - Data ingestion and reasoning framework - Working MVP - Account intelligence reports - Documentation for future scaling ## To Apply Please include: - A recent AI project you've built with a live URL, GitHub repo, demo, case study, or Loom video - A brief overview of the problem solved, tech stack, and your role - How you'd approach this project Applications without a project showcase or Loom walkthrough will not be considered.
