We run a coaching business with paid acquisition on Meta and Google. We need one clean, reliable custom dashboard that shows our entire funnel in a single view, from ad spend all the way to closed deals, so we can see exactly where in the funnel prospects drop off. This dashboard will be the central nervous system of our business. Accuracy and reliability matter more than features. It has to be something we can trust and check daily. What it needs to connect and pull together: - Ad spend from Meta and Google - Tracking data from Hyros - Booked calls from Calendly - No-shows, cancels, and closed deals from our own Airtable CRM - Automatic closing rate, no-show rate, and cancel rate calculated from that data What we want to see: A clean visual dashboard (built in something like Lovable or a similar stack) with live connections in the backend so the numbers update automatically. We want to view the full funnel end to end, spot exactly where the leak is, and break it down clearly across each stage: spend, leads, booked, show, no-show, cancel, close, revenue. Who we are looking for: - A full-stack developer who has built custom dashboards with live API integrations before - Comfortable connecting Meta Ads, Google Ads, Hyros, Calendly, and Airtable - Builds clean and simple, values reliability over bloat - Available for occasional fixes and adjustments down the line if something breaks Good to know: We already have a developer maintaining our Airtable CRM, so you will have support on that side. We communicate through Slack. This is a one-time build for now, but there is strong potential for ongoing work (more dashboards, automations, maintenance) if you prove reliable. How to apply: 1.
