Job Title: Frontend Developer – SaaS Customer Portal & Admin Dashboard
Budget: $$500 fixed
Timeline: 2–3 weeks
What You'll Build
1. Customer Portal / Dashboard (UI only)
* Account creation upon purchase (or signup before purchase)
* Login-protected area for each customer
* Profile page with:
* Name
* Business name
* Business email
* Phone number
* Business location / address
* Payment method on file
2. Post-Purchase Flow (UI only)
* After successful payment:
* Customer is auto-logged in or redirected to dashboard
* They see welcome message + instructions
* Download link for software (Windows/Mac installer) is visible
* License key displayed or downloadable
3. Subscription Management (UI only)
* Customer can see:
* Next billing date
* Payment history
* Plan details
* Option to update payment method
* Option to cancel (with confirmation flow)
4. Admin Dashboard – Main Tabs (UI only)
The admin interface will consist of the following tabs:
* Admin Dashboard (Home Tab): Main overview page containing subscriber split view, date filters, totals bar, and "Process Weekly Payout" button. Displays current buffer balance.
* Subscribers: Detailed log of all customers, with filters to distinguish new vs returning subscribers.
* Performance Marketers: List of all marketers, their contact info, current tier, and link to individual performance data.
* Cancellations & Refunds: Log and management interface for canceled subscriptions or processed refunds.
* Support Tickets: Ticketing system where users can submit requests for help.
5. Performance Marketer Dashboard (UI only)
* Accessed after marketer logs in with their own credentials
* Current week view: displays only their new subscribers for the current pay period (counter resets to $0 every Monday)
* Commission display: automatically calculates and displays total commission owed based on tier
* Ad spend display: shows the percentage (50%) of new subscriber revenue allocated to Facebook Ads
* Payout status: shows date of next scheduled payout
6. Payout History (UI only)
* Log of all past weekly payouts
* Columns: Payout Date | Week | New Subs | Returning Subs | Marketer Paid | Ads Funded (50%) | Owner MRR Transferred
* Click any row to see detailed breakdown of that week
7. Support Ticket System (UI only)
* "Support" chatbox or button on Admin, Customer, and Marketer dashboards
* Simple form for user to submit a ticket (subject, message)
