Sharpen up label designs

So I’m looking for a designer to sharpen up some aspects of some new label designs . From the attached pictures you can see the concept designs which I will provide and I need you to bring it up to the standard on the second golden malts image... (Budget: $250 - $750 AUD, Jobs: Adobe Illustrator, Visual Basic)
