AI Automation Developer - Chatbot Platform

We are looking for a Python developer to help us complete a multi-agent AI chatbot platform built on Telegram. The project is currently in the final phase of development. We need someone who can quickly get familiar with the existing codebase, resolve issues, improve chatbot workflows, and help us prepare the platform for a public launch. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious junior or mid-level developer who wants to work on a real-world AI product and potentially grow into a long-term position with us. Requirements: • Strong experience with Python • Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks • General knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and agentic architectures • Comfortable working with multi-agent chatbot logic and AI workflows • Able to understand existing code and continue ongoing development • Docker and Linux experience is a strong plus • Experience with the Telegram Bot API is a strong plus • Good written English communication skills • Able to debug, test, and deploy improvements efficiently • Must be available to commit 8 hours per day Tech stack: Python, FastAPI, Telegram Bot API, LLM APIs, agentic workflows, Docker, Linux, PostgreSQL/Supabase. TypeScript, Next.js, and React experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities: • Help complete the final development phase of the Telegram AI chatbot • Debug and enhance existing chatbot workflows • Work on LLM routing, agent behavior, and conversation management • Help prepare the platform for public launch • Remain available for maintenance, improvements, and future AI projects if the collaboration goes well Compensation: Starting rate is $12-$20/hr depending on experience and skill level. We are open to junior and mid-level developers. What matters most is Python expertise, reliability, speed, communication, and a willingness to learn.
