Build AI-Powered Applications – AI/ML Engineers & Python Developers Wanted

Overview We are looking for talented AI/ML Engineers and Python Developers to join our engineering team and help build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready applications. You'll work on exciting projects involving machine learning, generative AI, backend development, data pipelines, and cloud-native applications. We're looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems and delivering high-quality software. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-powered applications. - Build scalable backend services using Python. - Develop and optimize machine learning models for production. - Integrate LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.). - Build data pipelines for training, inference, and analytics. - Develop RESTful APIs and microservices. - Design and optimize PostgreSQL or MongoDB databases. - Deploy applications using AWS cloud services. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Required Skills - Strong Python programming experience. - Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. - Experience building RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django. - PostgreSQL or MongoDB. - AWS cloud services. - Git version control. - Strong understanding of software engineering best practices. - Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Generative AI and LLM applications. - LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or AI agent frameworks. - RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems. - Vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma, or FAISS. - Docker and Kubernetes. - CI/CD pipelines. - MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI. - Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures. Ideal Candidate - 3+ years of professional Python development experience. - Experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production. - Strong software engineering fundamentals. - Ability to work independently and communicate effectively. - Interested in long-term collaboration.
